This was my first, and only so far, topsy turvy cake. I'd have to say it turned out pretty well for my first attempt! The bottom tier is dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. The top tier is vanilla sponge cake with fresh strawberry filling. Each tier is covered in fondant with hand painted leopard spots!
