A good friend of mine was so amazing and threw the best fundraiser with all the proceeds being donated to our local children's hospital, CHOC. Their mascot is a bear so I made a little bear cake topper out of fondant. The top tier is french vanilla cake with real strawberry filling. The middle tier is red velvet with kahlua mocha chip filling. The bottom tier is dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. The entire cake is covered in buttercream with buttercream piping designs.
